Most of our products are chemical free, lead free, chromium free, cadmium free and nickel free. Leather products are naturally processed. For complete information about specific products, please visit the individual product page and look in the product specifications section.

 

  • Can I send my order as a gift?

We do not offer gift packaging at this time, but will do so in the future.

 

  • Can I ship my order anywhere?

We ship orders anywhere in the United States. For shipping to Canada, please contact us directly. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

  • Where are you located?

Our headquarters is based out of the town of Rahway in central New Jersey.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

All NJ customers that purchase from our online retail store are subject to a 7% sales tax charge, which will be added to the order total.

Returns Policy

All products purchased from us are sold with a 15-day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.

 

If a product is damaged, please call us directly. We reserve the right to request a return, though you will receive a full refund, including shipping.
